No Masters Coffee is a single person operation founded in Los Angeles, 2017. For nearly a decade I have been incredibly passionate about specialty coffee. For the better part of the last decade I was working the graveyard shift and had a close and dear relationship with coffee. I have been fortunate enough to sample different coffees and roasting styles when traveling around the globe. From Melbourne to Copenhagen, each one feeding my inspiration. I have always been enamored by a complex cup of coffee that broke the traditional coffee flavor mold. After years of obsession, I decided to begin a DIY home roasting operation. This year I was certified as an intermediate professional roaster under Marcus Young through Boot Coffee Campus.
No Masters Coffee is a curation of a special coffee experience with beans proudly roasted on a Probat.
