At No Masters we are excited to offer our first washed Ethiopian coffee. These beans from the Gedeb region of Ethiopia are put through an extended fermentation process before being washed thus leading to a more complex flavor profile, yet clean and without "funk" that is noticeable in most natural processed coffees. Tasting notes include black tea with a citrus bite, blueberrys (our favorite), and a floral jasmine.
